Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Design Maker For Crafting application (the "App"), developed by Kodeora ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license is for your use of the App software itself.

2. Use of designs and content

The App provides a library of design assets — including cut files, monograms, sublimation graphics, watercolor art, stickers, shapes, and fonts — for you to use in your craft projects.

You may use the designs to create physical and digital craft items for personal use and for your own small-business sales (for example, finished t-shirts, mugs, signs, and stickers).
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the original design files, fonts, or the App's library itself as digital products, whether modified or unmodified.
You may not use the designs to create products that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that misappropriate third-party trademarks or copyrighted characters.

All designs in the App are original works or are properly licensed for inclusion. We retain all rights in the App and its content that are not expressly granted to you here.

3. Purchases and pricing

The current version of the App is free and includes all features. Any future optional purchases will be processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple's terms and refund policies will apply. Manage or cancel any subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or bundled assets of the App except to the limited extent permitted by law, and not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

5. Third-party services and trademarks

The App can open external websites you choose to visit, such as Cricut Design Space. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Design Maker For Crafting is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cricut, Inc. "Cricut," "Cricut Design Space," and related marks are trademarks of Cricut, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to such names are descriptive only, to indicate compatibility.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any design will be suitable for a specific cutting machine, material, or project.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodeora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of materials, profits, or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Apple's role

These Terms are between you and Kodeora, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. To the extent the App is acquired through the App Store, the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply, and govern where they differ from these Terms.
