Privacy Policy

Design Maker For Crafting (the "App") is developed by Kodeora ("we," "us," "our"). We built this App to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the App handles — and what it does not.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifiers — name, email address, phone number, or account credentials. The App has no sign-in.
• Usage analytics, behavioral tracking, or advertising identifiers.
• Your location.
• Your contacts, photos library, or other files outside what you explicitly choose to export.
• Any data that would identify you or your device for tracking across apps or websites.

The App includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

2. Information stored only on your device

To make the App useful, some information is saved locally on your Mac and is never sent to us or anyone else:

• Favorites, recents, and projects you create are stored on your device.
• App preferences (such as default export format and theme) are stored in your local app settings.
• Designs you export are written only to the folder you choose.

This information stays on your Mac. If you delete the App, this local data is removed with it. You can also clear favorites and recents from within the App.

3. Purchases

The current version of the App is free and includes all features. If we introduce optional in-app purchases in a future update, those transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and Apple's StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Network use

The App works fully offline. It may open external links in your browser when you choose to — for example, opening Cricut Design Space on the web, contacting support, or viewing this policy. When you follow such a link, the destination website's own privacy policy applies. We do not pass any personal data in those links.

5. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is rated 4+. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children.

6. Data security

Because your data never leaves your device, there is no server for it to be exposed on. The App runs inside Apple's App Sandbox with a hardened runtime, which limits its access to your system to only what you grant.

7. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. You remain in full control of the local data on your Mac and can remove it at any time by clearing it in the App or deleting the App.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. Material changes will be reflected in an App update.
